We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant within a leading Public Sector organisation in Manchester.

Duties will include:

General maintenance
Fire alarm testing
Maintain Emergency Lighting
Checking fire doors
PAT Testing
Supporting the trades staff with any required works
Carrying out reactive and planned repair work

Essential skills / qualifications:

Previous experience within maintenance/trades
Training given on site
