Senior Fire Engineer

Singh & Jones have been retained by well-established International Multi D Consultancy who are a NYSE listed business. With over 30 locations across the globe, my client is acting as a specialist consultancy providing design and structural/facade solutions to a wide range of contractors/clients. A business which has a rich history.

Due to growth, my client is keen to recruit a Senior Fire Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large complex projects as project engineer
• Practice/apply fire assurance services with minimal support
• Successfully project manage
• Generating work winning & maintaining effective working relationships
• Develop technical abilities in your region and contribute to companywide technical excellence
• Coaching & Mentoring- Supporting and mentoring the team and supporting those superior
• Provide Consultancy services that focus on successful outcomes for our clients in an ethical manner

Requirements:

• An Engineering Council accredited BEng Hons or MEng or MSc
• Associate Member of IFE
• Working on plan to become Chartered status with a body such as Engineering Council (EC), RICS or CABE.
• Solid technical understanding of the role of a fire engineer in the design team and scope of services throughout the various stages of building design, construction and occupation.
• Have the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently, working to tight deadlines and successful project management skills.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced consultant that has provided specialist fire-related information for a range of different projects across the built environment and at different stages of the project life cycle.
