My client are a well-established regional construction and housing contractor possessing a wealth of expertise and experience in successfully delivering a wide array of projects across sectors including education, healthcare, housing, commercial, and retail.

They are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their M&E division.

The role:

  • As a Commercial Manager, you will be crucial in overseeing and enhancing the commercial aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the profitability and success of projects, while upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This position presents an exciting opportunity to lead commercial operations within a dynamic and expanding construction company.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee all commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and profitability targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations, reviewing terms and conditions to minimize risks and maximize returns.
  • Develop and implement robust commercial strategies to optimise project outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular cost analysis and financial assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage client relationships, addressing any commercial concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, integrating relevant insights into commercial operations.
