Position: Full Time - Permanent or Self-employed

Salary: £50,000 OTE £65,000 / £300 – £400 a day

Position Overview:
Seeking a driven Building Surveying Manager to the expansion of the team. You'll oversee projects, engage clients, and drive business development initiatives as we look to bring the surveying in-house. Collaborate with teams for seamless integration of surveying services. The bulk of our work covers measured building surveys and photographic surveys so proficiency in this is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead surveying team, plan and execute projects with advanced technology.
  • Foster client relationships, provide innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Analyse survey data, generate reports, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, enhancing surveying capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Professional licensure or certification in surveying.
  • 5+ years of surveying experience, with leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in surveying software and excellent communication skills.
