The Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Construction Project Manager will:
- Lead office-related construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage and coordinate a team of professionals, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
The Construction Project Manager
- A degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in managing office projects, including fit-outs, new builds, and refurbishments.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable.
- Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) are advantageous, though not mandatory. Candidates showing a desire to achieve these qualifications will also be considered.
