Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + up to 20% bonus
Benefits: Company car or allowance (£5,875 per year), health care, 4x life assurance, pension & 24 days annual leave The role of the Contracts Supervisor - Timber Frame will involve:
- Contracts Supervisor position dealing with the installation of high end timber frames
- Working closely with leading house builders, architects, specifying consultants and engineers
- Carry out onsite visit to each of the sites under your area of responsibility, allocating ½ to full day to ensure operational targets are being met
- Ensure that all operatives have been inducted and sub-contractors are being managed and have clear direction
- Attend site meetings ensuring progress/variances are put in writing and copied to all relevant parties
- Ensure work on site is delivered to agreed HSE standards
- Maintain quality standards to ensure site client handover meets pre agreed contract specification and all snagging elements have been documented and addressed prior to handover
The ideal applicant will be a Contracts Supervisor - Timber Frame with:
- Must have extensive experience within the timber frame or joinery market sector
- Would consider Contracts Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Site Foreman or someone off the tools
- CSCS card
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Resilient individual who can deal with queries in a professional manor
- Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
