The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing a diverse array of construction projects across various sectors including retail, leisure, workplace, mixed-use, residential, industrial, public services, education, and healthcare.

Your leadership will be instrumental in steering these complex and large-scale projects towards exemplary completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution and completion.
  • Providing expert guidance on aspects like project execution, quality planning, team selection, procurement, risk assessment, and maintenance strategies.
  • Conducting comprehensive optioneering studies for optimal project outcomes.
  • Ensuring all projects meet the deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve client satisfaction.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

  • Accreditation by RICS, APM, CIOB, or be working towards such accreditation.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, with a preference for Prince 2.
  • Extensive experience in construction consultancy or client organizations.
  • A proven track record in managing successful projects within a consultancy setting, particularly in the built environment.
  • A proactive, diligent work ethic and a strong commitment to effective teamwork.
