Contracts Manager

Working in the fit out, refurbishment and maintenanance sectors this well established privatley owned business is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager for a full 360 role from preconstruction to delivery, managing quality and H&S then through to defect period. It is a full role not covering just the delivery parts of the process.

The client is a stable successful one, thatoperatesacross the North West, South Yorkshire areas down to London.

Working either as a main contractor for councils, MOJ, Local authorities or as a subcontractor to the likes of Kier, Morgan Sindall and Wates you will have exposure to both client types and have verstatility in this area.

The work is varied and includes travelling as you may have clients in London as well as the North.
