Pertemps Work Based Learning is supporting a dynamic and accomplished training provider, recently rated as "Good" by Ofsted, and is offering an exciting opportunity as an AAT Trainer.I have had the pleasure of supporting this training for over 6 years and they have a great reputation for looking after their employees and putting the learner at the heart of everything they do.Salary and Benefits• Competitive Salary: £32,000 to £37,000• Generous 23 Days Holiday, with the option to purchase more• Extra 2 Days per year for Volunteering activities• Annual Company Bonus• Hybrid Working- 1 day a week in the offices in Central ManchesterSummary of the role- AAT TrainerAs part of our growing team, you'll experience an inclusive and supportive working environment, contributing to the success of learners engaged in AAT programs up to level 4.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver engaging training sessions remotely to apprenticeship learners• Coach, mentor, and guide learners through AAT programmes up to level 4• Support, mentor, and motivate learners for the timely completion of their learning aims• Set individual targets and manage your diary for effective learner contact• Identify and assess learners' needs, creating robust learning plans• Observe, mark, and review work to maintain high standards and meet qualification requirements• Provide constructive feedback to help learners maximize their potentialSkills, Experience, and Qualifications required for the AAT Trainer• Ideally hold a recognised Teaching Award (e.g., AET) and be assessor-qualified• Accountancy Qualifications at level 4 or above (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)• Vocational competence in an Accountancy environment• Previous track record of delivering Apprenticeship Programmes to groups and one to one’s• Passion for teaching, learning, and assessment with experience in delivering training sessions• Have a good understanding and experience working with Ofsted and The Education Inspection FrameworkThis position is being managed by Simon Atkins at Pertemps Work Based Learning, for more information please contact .
