Essential Criteria:
  • Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Must hold a recognised Level 5 Management qualification or equivalent.
  • Must hold solid Leadership and Management experience.
  • Must be confident to deliver face-to-face learning and workshop training.
  • You must possess energy and enthusiasm to deliver the best learning outcomes and performance impact.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Duties:
  • Responsible for the delivery of Leadership and Management training programmes, to existing managers, via a blended learning approach (face to face and remote group workshops). 
  • Be a driving force, provide inspiration and work together with colleagues, to support the successful delivery of our clients programmes in line with contractual objectives and targets.
  • Prepare and deliver creative and engaging learning experiences, ensuring learning is relevant and remains quality driven.
  • Coach, develop and support learners, ensuring a positive journey and timely achievement.
  • Undertake any necessary administration and track learner progression.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.
