Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Trafford Park. Our client is a specialist freight logistics company. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Execuitve, you will ensure timely and accurate movement off freight and information while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers within the Road Freight Department.
- Ensure information on invoices is correct
- Weekly completion of KPI reports
- Handling customer calls and queries
- Track and Trace of inbound shipments
- Ensure excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and retain customers
- Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders
- Maintenance of customer records
- Handle all complaints and escalated cases until customer is satisfied
Profile:
The Ideal candidate will have -
- Exceptional organizational skill and commercial awareness
- Flexibility and adaptability
- An excellent proficiency in Customer Service
- Proven experience in the use of Logistics & Transport Management systems
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- A basic understanding of Road Freight Logistics
