My client, a highly sought-after training provider in the UK, recognised for their excellence and featured on BBC, for their positive impact on improving 'regulated' sectors. They specialise in diverse sectors, with a focus on Local Authority and SME customers.The Role:To support new and existing clients and learners with queries relating to features within the online 'learning management system', products and services. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in Manchester, office based. Salary £25k + £35k OTE. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring clients and learners remain informed and supported in getting the absolute best from the learning management system and training solutions. Responsibilities:* Perform online demonstrations (via video conferencing) for new and existing customers. * Support customers with troubleshooting (email, phone, text)* Respond back to queries in regards to the online learning management platform within a timely fashion.* Be confident to lead demonstrations with new customers and pass onto the Account Managers to close. * Gather feedback from existing users to continually improve service * Meet monthly KPIs in relation to service levels. * Foster long-term client relationships through excellent customer service. You Must Be:* From a customer support, customer service background (desk based)* Experienced in supporting customers virtually for troubleshooting problems and onboarding. * A Strong communicator* Confident informing and consulting clients via telephone and video conferencing* Enjoys working at pace in a changing environment* Passionate about people and results* Naturally curious and empathetic* Previous experience working in care services and/or the learning sector is desirable * Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentPlease click apply, or contact Sharan Sandhu on / .
