Our client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on major Rail projects in the UK and internationally. Rail historically is a sector that pays well, and this role is no different with the position paying a salary up to 55,000.
You will work on the new station at Old Oak Common (at least 8 years work) and the various new stations and station upgrades on the TransPennine Route Upgrade. There are also other internationally significant projects particularly in the Middle East.
You will operate as the Lead Engineer and CRE (Contractors Responsible Engineer) on projects as appointed by the Discipline lead. You will be responsible for the output Electrically on projects and keep a close eye on the programme of works and keeping an eye on budgets for the project too.
The Rail MEP Team is 40 strong across Building Services and Trackside Engineers. The Building Services team nationally totals 10 so there is plenty of opportunity for you to grow here.
You can come from any project background, but you will need to have a good grounding of Electrical Building Services and have a good knowledge of Distribution, Power, Telecomms, Fire & Security and Lighting.

- Revit and MicroStation will be used, full training can be provided.
- Working towards or willing to become a CEng is a requirement for the position.
- Hybrid AND Flexible working - 60% of the whole month being office based.
- Spinningfields (City Centre) based.
