Full Time
The role is a permanent position based on a day shift pattern.
Mon-Thu on/Fri off/Sat-Sun on/Mon off/Tues-Fri on/Sat-Sun off
7am-4pm
Overtime available
on call 1 in 4 (100)
Van supplied plus expenses
Permanent and FTC options available
Maintenance Electrician Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbingmaintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
The role will involve other aspects of building maintenance including basic plumbing, fabric upkeep and compliance etc.
Requirements:
A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks
Good IT / job logging experience (Maximo system)
Valid driving license
