Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting a senior level opportunity to lead and develop the Lead Advisory - M&A / Corporate Finance team within an established and highly reputable corporate finance firm.This corporate finance firm have a renowned specialist M&A / Corporate Finance team with a proven track record of working with a client base that is typically mid-market and often work with international strategic buyers as well as private equity investors.As an Associate Director of an experienced team you will have the opportunity to act as Lead Advisor on deals and to develop your profile and reputation within the business community whilst taking a strong position in growing the reputation of the firm.Ultimately your progression to Director will be as a direct result of your skills in executing transactions and originating and generating deal pipeline.As the Associate Director within the CF team your responsibilities will include

  • Managing the execution of all transaction work, supporting Partners with the continued growth of the practice
  • Continuing to develop the firm's reputation and brand as a small and mid-market M&A / Corporate Finance Advisor within the wider firm's client base and the wider professional business community
  • Managing and leading a team of Executives responsible for the preparation of Information Memorandums, pitch books, due diligence processes, forecasts and financial models
  • Acting as Lead Advisor on transactions leading meetings with Clients and Investors, negotiations and handling SPA, Heads of Terms and completions

You will be an ambitious Lead Advisory M&A / Corporate Finance Professional able to demonstrate the following:

  • ACA Qualified Accountant or CFA Qualified Corporate Finance Professional
  • Strong Academic history
  • Several years Lead Advisory - M&A / Corporate Finance experience
  • A strong desire to strengthen your experience in leading and executing transactions, originating deal opportunities and to progress to Director
