What you'll do:As a Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of the financial operations, leading a dedicated team of management accountants. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the month-end close, driving continuous improvement across the team, and acting as a key liaison between the finance team and wider business. Your role will also involve assisting with annual budgets and monthly forecasts, providing various reports to UK management, analysing KPI reports, ensuring high standards in balance sheet reconciliations and complex journals, and managing the operational performance of our workflow invoicing system. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Support all aspects of the month-end close, ensuring accuracy and adherence to globally set timelines
  • Drive continuous improvement of working processes across the management accounts team and wider finance department where needed
  • Become a key liaison between the finance team and wider business
  • Assist business financial controllers with annual budget and monthly forecast submissions
  • Provide various reports to UK management and group reporting for head office
  • Analyse monthly KPI report, providing commentary to Head of Finance
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and complex journals are handled to a high standard
  • Ensure operational performance of workflow invoicing system
  • Manage the Management Accounts department, including mentoring and development
