This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in managing the production of monthly management accounts across key regions within EMEA.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department. Your responsibilities will include driving the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, supporting the accounting team, managing audit processes, overseeing VAT reporting and implementing innovative strategies.

  • You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor your team, fostering their professional growth while collaborating with other departments to support financial initiatives.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with a strong foundation in accounting principles. You should have experience in Management Accounting and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement. Strong management experience within a dynamic environment is essential. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are required along with demonstrated strategic agility. Excellent communication skills are vital for this role as well as proven relationship building abilities.

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified, with a solid foundation in accounting principles.
  • Experience in Management Accounting, with proven implementation of continuous improvement.
  • Strong management experience within a dynamic environment.
