- Lead and develop a team of 8 reports. Mix of PQ and Qualified Accountants.
- Preparation of the monthly consolidated management accounts
- Analysis around cash flow performance against budget and forecast, KPIs etc.
- Owning the year end audit process, including the preparation of statutory consolidated accounts
- Strong focus on process improvements
- Production of the Group's Annual Report and Interim Statement
- Monitoring of financial controls
- Supporting External AuditÂ
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Business partnering budget holders
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified - practice trained with post qualification industry experience would be preferable
- 3 years+ post qualified experience
- Technical finance expertise
- Prior people management
