CompanyNigel Wright Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a high growth professional services firm, supporting them in their search for a Group Finance Manager (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)The business has experienced year on year double digit growth, fuelled by organic increase in turnover and two significant acquisitions. With further expansion on the horizon this role has been created to support the Group Financial Controller and lead the group finance function.Key responsibilities will include; 
  • Lead and develop a team of 8 reports. Mix of PQ and Qualified Accountants.
  • Preparation of the monthly consolidated management accounts
  • Analysis around cash flow performance against budget and forecast, KPIs etc.
  • Owning the year end audit process, including the preparation of statutory consolidated accounts
  • Strong focus on process improvements
  • Production of the Group's Annual Report and Interim Statement
  • Monitoring of financial controls
  • Supporting External Audit 
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Business partnering budget holders
Key Skills required; 
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified - practice trained with post qualification industry experience would be preferable
  • 3 years+ post qualified experience
  • Technical finance expertise
  • Prior people management
