A fabulous opportunity for a Practice Manager to join a well-established and rapidly growing Accountancy Practice in Manchester City Centre.You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £45k, 25 days holidays, your birthday off plus a huge portfolio of benefits to select from.Working as part of the Senior Leadership team the Practice Manager will have a pivotal role within the firm.The role will be varied and often busy, you will take responsibility for the operational aspects of the business, including:
- Develop, improve and implement Client on-boarding processes
- Ensure the client has a smooth and efficient on-boarding experience
- First point of contact for new clients
- Build relationships with all colleagues and clients
- Offer tailored solutions to clients to support their growth and success
- Resolving any issues which may arise during the onboarding process
- Ensure the practice is adhering to company's policies and procedures
- Oversee office facilities and liaise with external suppliers for required services
- Assist in IT Software upgrades and installation
The Accountancy Practice Manager will have:
- Previous experience in Accountancy Practice Management
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong understanding of processes and procedures required
