A market leading Media business are looking to add a Billing Specialist to their growing finance function in their state of the art City of Manchester offices.
You will be tasked with ensuring that the business reduces unbilled and aged debt, helping the channel and client teams to ensure accurate bookings are sent to bill promptly.
As the Billing Specialist you will be...
- Assisting the broader team to ensure accurate and timely billing for client activities.
- Generating reports on unbilled items, troubleshooting issues, and promptly escalating any concerns.
- Resolving queries and unbilled matters promptly.
- Cultivating relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, confidently escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintaining clear communication within the team to meet billing deadlines.
- Managing the purchase order (PO) tracker.
- Supporting the team in ensuring invoice accuracy for client billing by monthly deadlines.
- Assisting the Media Service line with all unbilled activities.
- Coordinating with third-party partners on bookings and subsequent billing.

To be considered for the role you must have...
- Previous experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong numerical skills are essential.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
