Estimator

Our client, an Employee Owned Fit-out Contractor, based in the Manchester area, are seeking a Estimator to join them due to continued growth. The Estimator will be working mainly on fast-track fit-out projects in the retail / hospitality sector working on projects from inception to completion. The projects range from £10k - £500k and are usually fast track projects.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have worked on fast-track fit-out projects previously working from inception to completion. The candidate will also need to hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel for work.

This role will be more officed based focused however occasional site visits required (1 to 2 days a week). This position does not offer working from home.

Estimator Position Overview

• Working for a Fit-out Contractor based in the Manchester area
• Completing a range of Quantity Surveying / Estimating duties
• Working on fit-out projects which can be nationwide, occasional overnight stays required (1 or 2 days a week).
• Experience in working on projects from inception to completion.
• Projects from £10k to £500k primarily in the retail / hospitality sector
• Limited tenders as most work is allocated and therefore tenders have been completed

• Prior experience working on fast-track fit-out projects
• Must be able to handle projects from cradle to grave
• Office Based
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be looking for a long-term role
• North West based
