Page Personnel have been asked to recruit for permanent FP&A Analyst on behalf of a well established, award winning business based in Trafford Park.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager you be responsible for preparing analysis, reports & providing insight to guide strategic and operational decision making.

Description
Duties will include:
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive monthly Board Reports, offering in-depth insights and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making by key stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced techniques in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to create sophisticated Management Information (MI) reports, catering to a diverse range of business stakeholders, and driving actionable insights.
- Proactively drive the development of innovative reports and analysis, challenging conventional wisdom to support commercial decision-making in an ever-evolving business environment.
- Collaborate with the wider team to prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and report actual performance against these forecasts, providing valuable variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders, contributing to key business discussions and initiatives.
Profile
The successful FP&A Analyst candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in a similar role
- Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Have previous stakeholder management experience
- Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
Job Offer
A salary up to £42,000 DOE, hybrid & flexible working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, study support, enhanced maternity, paternity & pension plus more.
