Retrofit Assessment Team Leader Birmingham, Reading and Leeds £40,000
You will be working for the largest installer of renewable measures within the UK who have also been voted The Independent Choice for Installer of the year 2023. The business was founded in 2008 and has since installed energy saving measures on over 140,000 homes reducing energy bills for domestic customers.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently looking for a retrofit assessment team leader to join our rapidly expanding, national team. The role is a dual role which involves partly managing a team of 5-10 retrofit assessors, but also still conducting your own retrofit assessments to industry standards, alongside technically surveying measures for their validity and compliance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Being responsible for driving the productivity of the retrofit assessors
Being responsible for the quality of retrofit assessments conducted and managing any queries that arise.
Conducting regular PDRs in line with company policy.
Visiting all assessors in the team at least once per month.
Retrofit Assessment Responsibilities
Conduct retrofit assessments to an industry acceptable standard.
Conduct technical surveys in a timely, accurate manner.
Liaise with retrofit co-ordinators to ensure projects are compliant and viable.
Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key.
