Role Overview:


As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing robust applications that support our Operations (OPS) users and clients. You'll lead a team of developers, guiding them through best practices, architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of applications using C# and .NET framework.
  • Architect scalable solutions on Azure, leveraging its services for optimal performance.
  • Develop and integrate Web APIs for seamless communication between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to junior developers.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project time-lines.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a .NET environment.
  • Strong proficiency in C# programming and the .NET framework.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying applications on Azure.
  • Experience developing and consuming Web APIs.
  • Ability to lead a team, provide technical guidance, and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
