Join a vibrant team as a Health & Safety Advisor, where you'll provide expert advice and support to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.

As part of our dedicated Health & Safety Advice team, you'll be the go-to expert for legally compliant advice, helping clients navigate their health and safety responsibilities. You'll engage with clients primarily via telephone, ensuring they understand the risks and compliance requirements.

Day to Day

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone or email, offering professional, technically accurate health and safety advice.
  • Support clients in using their online health and safety systems and proactively reach out to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct in-depth research to provide detailed guidance and technical support.
  • Liaise with external enforcement and other agencies on behalf of clients when needed.
  • Review and recommend amendments to management systems and risk assessments.
  • Deliver principal calls within specified time frames.
  • Assist in creating guidance notes, standard phrases, and checklists for use across various legal jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to critique prospective clients' documents, providing reports to aid the sales process.
  • Own cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring seamless transitions and building strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on company training and legal updates to provide the most accurate advice.
  • Present internal training sessions and external webinars to share your expertise.
