This organisation are going through an exciting period of growth. They have recently invested a significant amount of money into its facilities and equipment such as life boat simulators. Their ambitions are to be the leading training provider for the energy and engineering industry by investing heavily into new technology and innovation.
The main purpose of this role is to lead the operational and performance growth of this leading engineering training provider.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in a senior management role from engineering, utilities or commercial training provider and have a strong commercial/ sales background.
This is a brilliant role for a senior manager to join an impressive company where you will play a key role in their growth and development.
The role:
*Tasked with growing the business
*Full P&L responsibilities.
*Running 3 training centres.
*Manage the introduction of new products.
The person
*Candidates must have experience in a similar role within engineering, utilities or commercial training management.
*Proven track record of delivering growth from converting a business steam by deepening relationships with clients.
*Experience dealing with awarding bodies.
*Gas or power background.
*P&L accountability experience
*Strong sales and commercial background
