This is a long-term position, commencing in September and set to last 2 terms. The school is in search of a dedicated support staff member to provide one-on-one assistance to a reception class student, who is part of the new school intake and requires academic and social support.

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in working with SEN students and a robust understanding of effective de-escalation techniques. It takes pride in maintaining exemplary student behaviour and is eager to hire staff members who appreciate the importance of upholding high standards.

As the successful candidate, you will receive dedicated support from the SENCO, who will provide additional training and professional development to ensure you can offer optimal support to the child. The school is open to candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience in care and support work, nursery settings, and school-based roles.
