- Hybrid role - 2 days office / 1 day WFH
- Manage the entire payroll function for approximately 300 staff members.
- Handle monthly and hourly payrolls, including shift work and allowances.
- Process starters and leavers, ensuring accurate and timely payroll adjustments.
- Manage year-end processes, including P60s and P45s.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements for a UK Payroll.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide payroll-related support and guidance.
