I am delighted to work with an award-winning law firm to recruit a senior resource manager which can be based in either Manchester or Sheffield. Resource Management isn't new to the firm, they've successful established workforce allocation and management across two practice groups. Following this success this success, they are now in a position to recruit an experienced senior resource manager to launch into a further practice group.

  • You will act as the business services lead for allocating work throughout different teams, ensuring fair and equal access to work based on skills and availability, rather than personal relationships or locations.
  • You'll give employees access to a wider variety of work which matches their development needs and aspirations.
  • You will give your stakeholders and leaders access to improved management information to support decision making in relation to people management.
  • Finally, you will support the implementation of a new resource management tool and implement any changes required to the structure, process and approach.

In order to be successful in your application, you need to demonstrate significant resource management/ workforce allocation and talent development experience ideally gained in legal, accountancy or consultancy services. You live in the North and would be happy to travel to either Manchester or Sheffield 3 days per week.
