Legal Business Systems and Workflow Analyst - North West

Legal Business Systems and Workflow Analyst who has excellent experience in implementing and configuring legal case management systems is required by a leading law firm in Manchester & Cheshire. - Role can be fully remote if needed

This is a brand-new role for the firm, so they are happy to speak to candidates from a wide range of legal backgrounds, either Technical Business Analysts, Case management development or a Fee Earner with case management expertise. They are looking for the following experience:

  • Implementing and configuring a legal case management system, including:
    • Development of processes/workflows
    • Using SQL Maintenance to write in-application queries and reports.
    • Setting up and administering user profiles and user groups
    • Automating jobs
    • Exporting and importing data to and from the system
    • Writing and updating user documentation
    • Creating/amending documents, memos and forms
    • Building and maintaining screens
    • Adding and maintaining database fields.
  • Any experience with Partner for Windows (P4W) case management system would be a bonus.
  • Participated in and led case management system implementations from beginning to end.
  • Experience in interpreting legal process requirements and issues and developing systems-based solutions.
  • Ideally, have some business analysis experience
  • Created legal process workflows within case management systems.
  • High-level experience in systems design, including document of process flow charts.
  • Experience as a legal fee earner, with possibly an education in Law would be a bonus

This brand-new role within the firm has a wide remit due to a new case management implementation across the firm.

  • Conduct a lead role in designing and configuring the firm's case management system during and post-implementation.
  • Establish administrator capability to enable configuration, 1st line support and training..
  • Delivering training in case management applications as appropriate.
  • Take primary responsibility for the ongoing and continued development and configuration of the case management system, including wider development of the client portals and online service development.

The role can be fully remote, with the odd trip to the Manchester office. My client is open on salary currently, but ideally looking to pay between £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. To apply, press apply now or send your CV to matthew.leach @ circlerecruitment.com
