Oracle HCM Business Analyst

I'm recruiting for an Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join my customer on their transformational Oracle fusion journey.

They are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join the Oracle team. As an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in their Oracle Fusion journey, helping to shape and optimise the HCM processes and systems. You will be working alongside a seasoned and knowledgeable team as well as collaborating with stakeholders across HR and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions across the full breadth of HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance business processes and system efficiencies.
  • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to end-users, including training and documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM features and best practices, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with hands-on experience across the entire Oracle HCM suite.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation efforts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
