Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to Lead a Team of 12 including Compliance Analysts & Team Leaders. Reporting Directly to Head of Compliance, you will focus on ensuring Compliance across IT & Tech-driven areas, particularly Applications & Technology Functions. This role is especially well suited to IT Managers from Medium-Sized Organisations who are used to Operational Focused Responsibilities in their previous roles. Ideal Candidates will come from Technology Backgroundswithin Highly Regulated Environments, with a Strong Understanding of How Compliance Integrates into Complex Tech Landscapes. Youll have the chance to lead a high-performing team while shaping the Compliance of a business scaling globally.

Skills & Experience of Compliance Manager will include:

• Proven Experience Managing Teams within an IT or Tech Environment.
• Expertise in IT Compliance Stack, specifically in Applications & Technology Functions.
• Strong Understanding of banking, financial services, or similarly Regulated Sectors.
• Knowledge of Compliance Frameworks & Risk Management within Tech environments.
• Strong Communications Skills with Ability to engage both Technical & Non-Technical Teams.
• Solution-Oriented Approach to Managing Compliance in High Growth & Fast Paced Environments
• High Attention to Detail with Excellent Documentation Skills

Responsibilities of Technical Compliance Manager would include:

• Lead & Manage a Team of Compliance Professionals including Analysts & Team Leaders across Work Allocation, Coaching & Performance Reviews
• Ensure Projects & Technology Changes comply with relevant Regulatory Requirements, providing Expert Insights into Regulatory Impacts
• Act as an Internal SME on Compliance Matters related to Applications & Technology Functions, ensuring Regulatory Adherence
• Collaborate with IT Teams to Assess & Mitigate Compliance Risks related to New Technologies & Systems
• Foster Relationships with Regulatory Bodies, Ensuring Regular Communication & Maintaining Compliance Reporting
• Identify & Provide Regulatory Training & Knowledge Sharing to All Departments (Technical & Applications Teams), are Up to Date with Compliance Requirements.
• Ensure Compliance is Integrated throughout the Project Lifecycle from Design to Execution
• Identify & Manage Non-Conformities, Escalating Issues & Offering Solutions to Mitigate Compliance Risks
