Are you a 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
Do you have experience of working for a law firm or similar professional services?
In this challenging but rewarding position at a top law firm, you will be providing a high level of 2nd line support to global and local users.
Your responsibilities:
Taking escalations from the helpdesk and providing remote and deskside technical support for computer applications and hardware as well as Audio Visual support.
- 2nd line and 2/3rd line support
- Citrix VDI environment
- Legal specific applications e.g. iManage, Filesite, Worksite, Netdocs
- AV / meeting room support
- Office 365
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Hardware
Your skills:
- You must have experience of working as Desktop Support Analyst at a law firm or similar professional services
- You must have experience supporting a global user base
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment
Due to the nature of the role, you will be based full time onsite at the firms’ offices.
