In this role, the IT Support Engineer will work alongside a dynamic team dealing with 1st /2nd line tickets. Oversee the 2nd/3rd Line engineers learning and developing your skills to progress into higher roles. Help be the first IT Support team member in the UK assisting the team in US for a global medical organisation.
This role would suit someone with experience in 1st Line IT support or 2nd line support background or similar. Looking to progress their career with a highly global medical development lab, with the chance of progressing into a Senior IT position.
The Role:
- Providing technical support and maintenance to support all user-based IT software and hardware
- Dealing with 1st line tickets, handling customer queries and helping with systems
- Communicating with clients and building relationships
The Person:
- Background in providing 1st Line IT support
- Passionate about Technology or even medicine
- Local to Manchester
