We have an opportunity for a Building Surveyor Team Leader to join us!


The role of the Building Surveyor Team leader is manage a team of surveyors to carry out a range of surveys to domestic and commercial properties pre and post repair. Youll manage and support the team through your technical knowledge to ensure that inspections, surveys and repairs comply with One Manchesters landlord obligations.


Youll inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver the operational plan, lead and drive the overall operational performance by monitoring KPIs and undertake line management duties, such as managing performance, conducting one to ones and providing leadership to your team.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience of operating within a surveying team

  • Line management experience

  • Qualification/professional qualification to HNC level or above, or equivalent proven track record in management & building surveying

  • Management of stakeholders

  • Up to date knowledge of appropriate legislation
