Position: Associate Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local communities.
- Ensure the design process is rigorous and aligns with our strong design ethos.
- Oversee the development of innovative and aesthetically compelling designs.
- Engage with the public realm aspect of projects to create spaces that bring people together.
- Mentor and support junior architects and design staff.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of residential, mixed-use, masterplan, and public realm projects.
- Excellent design and technical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve design challenges.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- Relevant architectural qualifications and registration.
