Position: Associate Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local communities.
  • Ensure the design process is rigorous and aligns with our strong design ethos.
  • Oversee the development of innovative and aesthetically compelling designs.
  • Engage with the public realm aspect of projects to create spaces that bring people together.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and design staff.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of residential, mixed-use, masterplan, and public realm projects.
  • Excellent design and technical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve design challenges.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Relevant architectural qualifications and registration.
