This top25 International Law firm is recruiting for a Planning (consenting) Solicitor to join its Planning & Environment, Energy & Infrastructure team.

This top tier firm is looking for a Solicitor who is 2-4 years PQE, who has been working within a Planning team. It is also looking for Solicitors who have a particular focus on any or all of the following;

  • EIA/HRA (Environmental Impact Assessment/Habitats Regulations Assessment)
  • The Transport and Works Act 1992
  • Inquiries/examinations
  • Compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters
  • The Town and Country Planning Act 1990
  • Judicial review
  • Planning Act 2008

The team is one of the largest Planning teams and would be working with wider teams in the Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure sectors. The team also work on some of the most high-profile projects working with a well-known top client base.
