I am looking to speak with adept Employment Associates in Manchester with a minimum of 2 years PQE who are looking for a new challenge with a major UK law firm, renowned for its outstanding service to national and international clients, for its collaborative culture and for its deep sector expertise. The firm's Employment, Pensions and Immigration team has experienced over 20% of growth over the last two years; as such, they are looking to expand the team in their Manchester office.The Team: 
  • You will be part of a rapidly growing team with exciting growth opportunities.
  • You will contribute to their expanding full-service offering in key sectors such as technology, life sciences, insurance, private wealth, and real estate investment.
The Role: 
  • As an integral member of the team, you will tackle a diverse array of both contentious and non-contentious matters for their esteemed commercial clients. From providing top legal counsel to handling complex employment cases, including high-value disputes, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the continued success of their Manchester office and Employment, Pensions and Immigration team.
  • Provide outstanding client service, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate technical excellence and legal acumen in all aspects of employment law, including advocacy and client training.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm, offering support on corporate matters and outsourcing initiatives.
The Candidate: 
  • With a minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law gained at a reputable firm, you will possess a clear enthusiasm for your field and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will make you an ideal candidate for this role. 
  • Additionally, your passion for client service and business development will drive the team's success in the competitive legal landscape.
