Tradewind are currently seeking a dynamic and committed Behaviour Mentor to join one of our client schools in Oldham

This full-time position requires candidates to hold an up-to-date and valid DBS on the update service.

Requirements:

Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.

DBS: Possession of a current and up-to-date DBS on the update service.

Availability: Full-time availability and commitment to fulfilling the role effectively.

Responsibilities:

Behavioural Support: Provide targeted support and interventions to students to promote positive behaviour management and development.

Collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.

Individualised Support: Tailor support plans to meet the specific needs of students, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.
