  • Strong occupational competency as a Paralegal. 
  • Experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within a legal setting is highly desirable.

Duties include:
  • Coach and mentor learners working towards the Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship.    
  • Ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required within their role, and to complete their Apprenticeship. 
  • Offer IAG and provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.  
  • Identify any barriers to learning, and ensure learners are accessing any additional delivery routes available to them. 
  • Carry out timely progression reviews, set SMART targets and ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship qualification. 
  • Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment. 
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
