Are you the ultimate multitasker with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Ready to be the go-to person in a busy, dynamic office environment? We're looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our vibrant, growing team based in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

?? Hours: Flexible working hours (full-time), with office presence required 4-5 days per week.

What you'll be doing:

??? Personal Assistant Support

  • Be the right-hand support to the Directors, keeping diaries organised and meetings running like clockwork
  • Book hotels, trains, restaurants - no travel drama on your watch!

�? Office Management

  • Keep our office looking sharp, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Take charge of post, deliveries, and switchboard cover
  • Act as Fire Marshal & Health & Safety lead (don't worry - we'll keep you trained up!)
  • Handle building maintenance and ensure daily back-ups are completed
  • Welcome visitors with warmth- make sure they all have drinks

?? Finance & Invoicing

  • Support monthly invoicing and supplier payments
  • Keep an eye on company subscriptions and snag the best deals

?? Team & Staff Support

  • Help the team hit project deadlines with travel bookings, diary management, printing, binding, and admin support
  • Coordinate training courses, IT support, new starter onboarding, and filing systems

?? Documents & Systems

  • Maintain company templates, archiving, and job systems
  • Keep the website updated (don't worry - no coding required!)

�? Meetings & Events

  • Organise internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Plan company events, coordinate invites, book venues, arrange food, and track costs

We're looking for someone who:?? Has proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant?? Brings excellent organisational, communication, and people skills?? Is confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment?? Has strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)?? Pays great attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high standards?? Has a professional, friendly, and proactive approach

? Bonus points if you've previously worked as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant within a planning consultancy or similar professional services environment!
