We're hiring for a dynamic Main ContractorM&E Site Manager to join our team working on a new build high-rise residential construction project. As part of the main contractor team, you'll oversee the mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of the project, ensuring smooth coordination, efficient installation, and high-quality maintenance.

M&E Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all M&E aspects of the new build high-rise residential construction project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
• Review M&E plans and specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during construction phases.
• Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.

M&E Site Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager in high-rise residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems installation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a main contractor team and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Understanding of building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental sustainability principles.
