Specialists in delivering top-quality roofing solutions from installations to repairs and maintenance, they cover it all with precision and expertise. They now need a proactive and proficient Roofing Site Manager with experience of supervising teams of roofers and has covered liquid and felt roofing packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate roofing crews and subcontractors, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork on-site.
- Supervision: Provide hands-on supervision of roofers and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets our high standards and client expectations.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
