V7 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well established main contractor whospecialise in largescale new buildcommercial and apartment projects inthe North West. Due to business growth they are looking for aSite Managerto join their team!

The ideal Candidate:

• Tier one background would be beneficial but not essential.
• Background working on largescale projects is beneficial.
• Will be happyto travel across the North West.
• Will be very commercially aware.
• Will be a proactive and committed individual who is excellent at building and maintaining client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring projects are ran on schedule and that high standards of work are being maintained.
• Line Management for Subcontractors
• Running projects within agreed timescales in line with the site programme.
• Managing direct labour and subcontractors ensuring they keep to the subcontractors agreement.
• Managing the delivery of materials making sure they are delivered in time with the planned programme.
• Managing Health & Safety on site.
• At times working on logistically challenging projects and in live environments
