Role: Senior Customer Insight Analyst
Location: Manchester
Full Time, Permanent
Hybrid, 2 days per week on site
Salary: 45,000-50,000
CCA are delighted to be partnered with a major UK brand who are looking to recruit a Senior Customer Insight Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager for a multi-site customer operation.
You will be responsible for interrogating data and translating into key insights and forecasts for the business.
What you need as Senior Customer Insight Analyst:
- Ability to deliver timely and accurate forecasts and reports based on data.
- Present trends and findings to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong numerical skills, able to work with large datasets and convey data stories to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of SQL, Power BI or Advanced Excel skill set is desirable.
