Overview

Brand new opportunity for a marketing professional, to join an established marketing agency in Manchester. The agency works with clients in both B2B (tech, manufacturing, finance) and B2C (travel, charity etc)  industries on their digital marketing strategies. The main focus is on assisting customers and working with them on their strategy and campaigns across the marketing mix, including SEO, social, paid, email and websites.

The Senior Marketing Executive should be comfortable client facing and be at a level to be able to confidently design, strategise, oversee, and implement campaigns for their clients. Applicants should be an innate problem-solver, who invests time in understanding the client's industries and delve deep into their target personas. The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and managing one direct junior report, the Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the team leader to establish goals and develop marketing strategies/campaigns;
  • Plan and oversee campaigns, adapting as necessary;
  • Coordinate with specialists to organise and prioritise daily tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes;
  • Utilise HubSpot to create and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Suggest and implement experiments to meet clients’ KPIs;
  • Act as a trusted advisor for your clients, proactively offering new ideas;
  • Report on campaign performance to both internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Keep an eye on competitors and movements within the target market

Requirements

We are open to marketing candidates both client-side and agency, with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, and ideally 1 year in leading client accounts or being responsible for a marketing strategy.

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 negotiable on experience plus an additional £3k - £4k bonus per annum.

Location Manchester, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
