Mechanical Design Engineer - Building ServicesOutside IR35 6 month initial contract (Likely to be rolling)Manchester / HybridA UK wide M&E Design Consultancy is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer, with previous Mechanical Building Services experience, to join their growing team in Manchester. Its a great chance to come in and work on a variety of projects across industries such as Health care, MOD, and Educational, with a view to be leading on some of these projects after your first couple months.Some key experiences and requirements are:

• To develop technical specs, designs, drawing production, and technical reports.
• Site survey and inspections
• Understanding and competency of working across the full RIBA stages (concept to handover)
• CDM risk assessments
• Be able to work in a team
