Position: Account Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £40k (negotiable depending on experience)

The Role:
- My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing Accounts Team
- Your main responsibility will be leading day-to-day client relationship management, which includes effective communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Additionally, you will oversee delivering a continuous succession of packaging projects to meet the client's requirements and expectations.
- As an Account Manager, you will establish and maintain relationships with client contacts, building an understanding of the Company's and the client's industry, business, and products.
- Involved in the creation and implementation of the account strategy to support and deliver business growth and profitability.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the client.
- Ensure that the delivery is maintained once new business has been identified.
- Key client contact, on and off-site, client meetings and presentations
- Development and growth of the services provided by the supplier are essential to building relationships with clients.
- Producing work documentation on time for the right first production.
- Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Measurement of performance levels and conducting reviews
- Provide budget and forecast information.
- Ensuring invoicing data is correct to allow timely payment.
- Involvement in print feasibility, artwork, and reprographics
- Evaluating colour control with the supply chain
- Coordinating print feasibility on behalf of the supply chain
- Identification of project planning resource
- Managerial direction of their client services team
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Confident in the Design, Artwork, and repro process
- Experience in the packaging sector (including colour separation).
- High level of print knowledge with the ability to communicate this to clients.
- Understanding of colour management - Knowledge and comprehension of the demands and necessities of a supply chain.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented open-plan environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
- Proven experience managing and growing relationships with key accounts in a client-facing role.
