The successful candidate will have the experience working within the logistics area previously.
Duties:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Meet and greet visitors/drivers on site.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare and process documentation and coordinate transport arrangements with the hauliers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Plan and monitor all inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring vehicles arrive at site on time.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee import and export paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and manage logistics non-conformance issues and implement corrective measures.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with other departments, such as production, procurement and sales, to align shipping schedules with the business needs.
About you!
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent attention to detail.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven experience within a logistics environment and knowledge of ADR will be desirable.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Be a team player that is focused on delivering the best possible customer experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience of Microsoft office packages in a work environment.
