The successful candidate will have the experience working within the logistics area previously.

Duties:

·         Meet and greet visitors/drivers on site.

·         Prepare and process documentation and coordinate transport arrangements with the hauliers.

·         Plan and monitor all inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring vehicles arrive at site on time.

·         Oversee import and export paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.

·         Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date.

·         Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

·         Monitor and manage logistics non-conformance issues and implement corrective measures.

·         Collaborate with other departments, such as production, procurement and sales, to align shipping schedules with the business needs.

About you!

·         Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·         Excellent attention to detail.

·         Proven experience within a logistics environment and knowledge of ADR will be desirable.

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.

·         Be a team player that is focused on delivering the best possible customer experience.

·         Experience of Microsoft office packages in a work environment.
